1. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the digital illustrations offered on Exquisory. By acquiring any illustration, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

All illustrations are the property of Exquisory, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The purchase of an illustration does not transfer ownership of the copyright; it only grants a license for use under the established terms.
The customer may not resell, distribute, modify or claim the purchased work as their own, unless a specific commercial license is agreed upon in writing.

3. Types of License

Personal Use: The buyer may use the illustration in personal, non-commercial projects.
Commercial Use (if applicable): Available only if the corresponding license is purchased, which must be indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Product Delivery

Illustrations are delivered by postal shipment upon payment confirmation.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Euros and include/exclude taxes as applicable.
Payment must be completed using the methods available in the store.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting completed purchases.

6. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer, unless in the case of damaged products or shipping errors. We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order illustrations. To request a return, contact us at exquisory@gmail.com indicating the order number and reason. Once the item has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 7 to 14 business days.

7. Liability

Exquisory is not responsible for the misuse of the illustrations by the buyer.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of [your city or region].
