1. Shipping

Exquisory ships to the entire national territory and to certain international destinations.

Before making your purchase, please ensure that your address is within our coverage areas.

1.2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Each illustration is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

1.3. Delivery Times

  • National shipping: between 3 and 7 business days depending on the region.
  • International shipping: between 10 and 20 business days, depending on the country and customs times.

Times are estimated and may vary due to external factors (weather, logistical delays, or customs holds).

1.4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and package weight.
  • During certain promotions, Exquisory may offer free shipping to specific areas or for orders over a minimum amount.

1.5. Packaging and Conditions

  • All illustrations are shipped protected in boxes and wrapped in special paper to avoid damage.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1. General Policy

At Exquisory, we want you to love your illustrations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions detailed below.

2.2. Timeframe to Request a Return

  • You have up to 10 business days from the receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.
  • After this period, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of the claim.

2.3. Conditions for Accepting a Return

  • The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, with no signs of use, and with its original packaging.
  • Returns of custom or made-to-order products are not accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error or manufacturing defect.

2.4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product during shipping:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and the affected product.
  2. Send them along with your order number to exquisory@gmail.com within a maximum of 72 hours after delivery.
  3. Exquisory will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.

3. Refunds

3.1. General Policy

  • Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exquisory is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or payment platforms.

4. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom products or variations requested by the customer.
  • Damages caused by mishandling, moisture, or direct sunlight exposure.
  • Offers or products marked as "final sale".
